What We Do

Due Diligence

We conduct in-depth background checks on individuals and businesses prior to executive hire,
appointment of officers or directors, mergers and acquisitions, or running for political office. What we
search is not Google (ok well some of it is): we have access and subscriptions to databases the average
mortal does not, such as real estate records, courts, vehicles, and credit reports.

Investigative Research & Litigation Support

Once the client outlines their needs, such as: identifying business or personal relationships between
entities, determining who is behind a business, understanding how a fraud occurred, identifying and
locating witnesses; we develop an investigation plan, including pricing, scope of searches, and delivery
time. Our research utilises open and proprietary sources. Where warranted, we will conduct discreet
inquiries with industry sources.

Class action lawyers ask us to identify potential witnesses, such as former employees of a defendant
company, then locate them, and conduct interviews.

Asset Tracing

We look for physical assets, such as real estate; shares in companies, streams of income and business
relationships. Our reports often include recommendations for next steps, such as looking at assets of a
company owned by the subject, or looking at assets in other jurisdictions where we have found the
subject to have a footprint.
